California High School Softball - East Union bounces Mt. Eden

April 15, 2023: Hayward, CA 94545

East Union Lancers (Manteca, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Mt. Eden Monarchs (Hayward, CA), 14-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Lancers now sport a 9-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lincoln for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 15. East Union will face a Fighting Zebras squad coming off a 10-9 non-league win over Millennium (Tracy, CA). The Fighting Zebras record now stands at 4-7.

With the loss, Mt. Eden falls to 6-4 on the campaign. The Monarchs travel to Pacheco (Los Banos, CA) to face the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 15. The Panthers enter the challenge with a record of 11-6. Pacheco won 13-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Berkeley (Berkeley, CA)
