The Comets come into the game with a record of 6-5. Genoa Area lost 11-1 in their recent non-league game against Oak Harbor (Oak Harbor, OH)

In their next game, the Golden Bears clash with the Old Fort Stockaders (Old Fort, OH) in a Sandusky Bay - River game, on Monday, April 17. Gibsonburg will attempt to improve on its 7-5 season record. The Stockaders come into the game with a 2-2 record after their 11-1 league loss to Danbury (Lakeside, OH).
