The Eminence Eels softball team scored 14 runs and limited the host Purdue Polytechnic Techies to 0 in the Eels league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Eminence improves its record to 5-5 on the year. The Eels host Indiana School for the Deaf (Indianapolis, IN) to clash with the Deaf Hoosiers in a non-league game on Thursday, April 20. The Deaf Hoosiers come into the game with a record of 2-2. Indiana School for the Deaf won 31-14 in their recent non-league game against Tindley (Indianapolis, IN)

In their next game, the Techies clash with the Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory Braves (Indianapolis, IN) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, April 18. Purdue Polytechnic will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Braves come into the game with a 3-1 record after their 6-3 league win over Guerin Catholic (Noblesville, IN).
