The Rock Falls Rockets softball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Galesburg Silver Streaks to 3 in the Rockets non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Rock Falls improves its record to 11-3 on the year. The Rockets host Oregon (Oregon, IL) to clash with the Hawks in a Big Northern game on Monday, April 17. The Hawks come into the game with a record of 9-5. Oregon won 22-7 in their recent non-league game against Mendota (Mendota, IL)

In their next game, the Silver Streaks clash with the Alleman Pioneers (Rock Island, IL) in a Western Big 6 game, on Tuesday, April 18. Galesburg will attempt to improve on its 1-10 season record.
