The Johnson Central Golden Eagles softball team (Paintsville, KY), was routed 6-2 in Saturday's non-league test with the visiting Oak Hills Highlanders (Cincinnati, OH)

Coming up next, the Highlanders encounter the Middletown Middies (Middletown, OH) in a Greater Miami test, on Tuesday, April 18. Oak Hills will attempt to improve on its 13-0 season record.

The Golden Eagles (8-6) will now prepare for their test against Paintsville (Paintsville, KY). The Tigers come into the District 57 test with a 7-11 record. In their last test, Paintsville edged Floyd Central (Eastern, KY), 18-2, in a non-league test.
