Tolono Unity Rockets (Tolono, IL) followers were pleased Saturday as they observed their softball team notch a victory over the visiting Salt Fork Storm (Sidell, IL), 13-3 in a non-league test.

Coming up next, the Rockets clash with the Bloomington Central Catholic Saints (Bloomington, IL) in a Illini Prairie test, on Monday, April 17. Tolono Unity will attempt to improve on its 10-4 season record. The Saints come into the test with a 8-8 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Normal University (Normal, IL).

The Storm (12-4) will now prepare for their test against Schlarman (Danville, IL). The Hilltoppers come into the Vermilion Valley test with a 0-5 record. In their last test, Schlarman was routed by Georgetown-Ridge Farm (Georgetown, IL), 15-13, in a league test.
