Colorado High School Baseball - Vista PEAK Prep holds off Aurora Central

Spectators at Monday's non-league battle between the Vista PEAK Prep Bison (Aurora, CO) and the host Aurora Central Trojans (Aurora, CO), saw Vista PEAK Prep's baseball squad knock off Aurora Central by a count of 5-1.

Coming up next, the Bison play the Denver West Cowboys (Denver, CO) in a 5A/4A Denver Prep battle, on Tuesday, April 16. Vista PEAK Prep will attempt to move on its 9-5 season record. The Cowboys enter the battle with a 0-9 record after their 23-8 non-league loss to Englewood (Englewood, CO).

The Trojans now possess a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they host Skyview for a 4A/5A Colorado battle on Tuesday, April 16. Aurora Central will play a Wolverines squad coming off a 14-1 league win over Thornton (Thornton, CO). The Wolverines record now stands at 5-3.
