Colorado High School Baseball - Calhan loses to Elbert

The Calhan Bulldogs baseball team (Calhan, CO), was overwhelmed 10-4 in Monday's non-league outing with the visiting Elbert Bulldogs (Elbert, CO)

The Bulldogs now hold a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cripple Creek-Victor for a 1A District 2 outing on Tuesday, April 16. Elbert will confront a Pioneers team coming off a 12-2 league loss to Evangel Christian Academy (Colorado Springs, CO). The Pioneers record now stands at 0-3.

Next, the Bulldogs confront the Burlington Cougars (Burlington, CO) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, April 18. Calhan will attempt to advance on its 1-12 season record. The Cougars go into the outing with a 8-5 record after their 7-4 non-league win over Wray (Wray, CO).
