The Northwest Falcons baseball team (Shiprock, NM), was overwhelmed 10-4 in Monday's non-league outing with the visiting Red Mesa Redskins (Teec Nos Pos, AZ)
The Redskins now hold a 6-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fredonia for a 1A North outing on Friday, April 19. Red Mesa will face a Lynx team coming off a 10-0 league win over St. Michael (St. Michaels, AZ). The Lynx record now stands at 4-6.
Next, the Falcons face the Zuni Thunderbirds (Zuni, NM) in a non-league outing, on Friday, April 19. Northwest will attempt to advance on its 2-9 season record. The Thunderbirds enter the outing with a 11-8 record after their 12-2 non-league win over Laguna Acoma (New Laguna, NM).
