The Alhambra Bulldogs volleyball team (Martinez, CA), was dropped 3-0 in Monday's non-league challenge with the host Pinole Valley Spartans (Pinole, CA)

The Spartans (7-8) will now prepare for their challenge against De Anza (El Sobrante, CA). The Dons enter the non-league challenge with a 2-10 record. In their last challenge, De Anza was dropped by Albany (Albany, CA), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs encounter the Ygnacio Valley Wolves (Concord, CA) in a Diablo - Valley challenge, on Tuesday, April 16. Alhambra will attempt to move on its 11-10 season record. The Wolves enter the challenge with a 0-11 record after their 3-0 league loss to Miramonte (Orinda, CA).
