The Grady Falcons held off the host Frank J. Macchiarola Sharks volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Monday's non-league test.
The Falcons now have a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wingate for a non-league test on Wednesday, April 17. Grady will confront a Generals team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Tilden (Brooklyn, NY). The Generals record now stands at 2-4.
The Sharks (2-4) will now prepare for their test against Jefferson (Brooklyn, NY). The Orange Wave enter the non-league test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Jefferson was nudged by Telecommunication Arts Tech (Brooklyn, NY), 2-0, in a non-league test.
