In Monday's league battle, the host Collegiate Cougars soccer squad scored a good 9-0 win over the Saint Gertrude Gators.
The Cougars (8-2) will now prepare for their battle against Freeman (Richmond, VA). The Mavericks go into the non-league battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Freeman notched a victory over Glen Allen (Glen Allen, VA), 2-0, in a league battle.
The Gators (3-4) will now prepare for their battle against St. Anne's-Belfield (Charlottesville, VA). The Saints go into the LIS battle with a 5-4 record.
