The Willows Academy Eagles soccer team scored 7 points and limited the visiting Proviso East Pirates to 0 in the Eagles non-league victory on Monday.
Next, the Eagles face the Woodlands Academy Wildcats (Lake Forest, IL) in a Independent Schools contest, on Wednesday, April 17. Willows Academy will attempt to better on its 7-0 season record. The Wildcats enter the contest with a 3-4 record after their 8-2 non-league loss to Round Lake (Round Lake, IL).
The Pirates now have a 0-10 record. They take the field next when they host Berwyn/Cicero Morton for a West Suburban - Gold contest on Tuesday, April 16. Proviso East will face a Mustangs team coming off a 1-0 league win over Willowbrook (Villa Park, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 5-6.
