In Monday's non-league game, the host Columbia River Rapids baseball team scored a nice 18-8 victory over the Kelso Hilanders.
The Rapids (6-1) will now prepare for their game against Hockinson (Brush Prairie, WA). The Hawks go into the non-league game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, Hockinson was overwhelmed by R.A. Long (Longview, WA), 8-6, in a non-league game.
The Hilanders (4-2) will now prepare for their game against Prairie (Vancouver, WA). The Falcons go into the non-league game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, Prairie was overwhelmed by Kelso (Kelso, WA), 6-5, in a non-league game.
