The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Calvert Cavaliers (Prince Frederick, MD) and the host Great Mills Hornets (Great Mills, MD), saw Calvert's lacrosse team top Great Mills by a margin of 18-6.

The Cavaliers (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against La Plata (La Plata, MD). The Warriors enter the Southern Maryland challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, La Plata beat Great Mills (Great Mills, MD), 9-8, in a league challenge.

The Hornets (2-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Poly (Baltimore, MD). The Engineers enter the non-league challenge with a 4-0 record.
