The Manalapan Braves lacrosse team scored 18 points and held the host Colts Neck Cougars to 6 in the Braves non-league win on Monday.
The Braves (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Howell (Farmingdale, NJ). The Rebels go into the Shore A - North match with a 2-3 record. In their last match, Howell was overwhelmed by Jackson Memorial (Jackson Township, NJ), 14-6, in a non-league match.
The Cougars (2-3) will now prepare for their match against St. John-Vianney (Holmdel, NJ). The Lancers go into the non-league match with a 3-3 record. In their last match, St. John-Vianney prevailed over Donovan Catholic (Toms River, NJ), 18-17, in a non-league match.
