Indiana High School Softball - Attica bounces South Newton

The Attica Red Ramblers (Attica, IN) softball routed the host South Newton Rebels (Kentland, IN), 17-9 in Monday's non-league bout.

The Red Ramblers (1-2) will now prepare for their bout against Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin (Bismarck, IL). The Blue Devils go into the non-league bout with a 8-7 record. In their last bout, Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin notched a victory over Georgetown-Ridge Farm (Georgetown, IL), 11-0, in a league bout.

The Rebels now possess a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Faith Christian for a Midwest bout on Tuesday, April 16. South Newton will confront a Eagles squad coming off a 14-4 non-league loss to Carroll (Flora, IN). The Eagles record now stands at 0-4.
