Grace Christian (Huntington, WV) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Tolsia Rebels (Fort Gay, WV), 18-0 in a non-league challenge.
The now own a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lewis County for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 16. Grace Christian will battle a Lions squad coming off a 6-0 non-league win over Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington (Ripley, OH). The Lions record now stands at 5-4.
With the loss, Tolsia falls to 1-10 on the campaign. The Rebels host Mingo Central (Matewan, WV) to battle the Miners in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 16. The Miners enter the challenge with a record of 2-4. Mingo Central lost 3-1 in their recent league challenge against Scott (Madison, WV)
