The Triton Trojans softball team scored 1 runs and limited the host Whitko Wildcats to 0 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Monday.
With the triumph, Triton moves its record to 3-4 on the year. The Trojans host Pioneer (Royal Center, IN) to clash with the Panthers in a Hoosier North game on Tuesday, April 16. The Panthers come into the game with a record of 5-1. Pioneer won 5-1 in their recent league battle against Winamac (Winamac, IN)
The Wildcats now possess a 1-5 record. They play next when they host North Miami for a Three Rivers battle on Wednesday, April 17. Whitko will meet a Warriors squad coming off a 13-3 non-league loss to Logansport (Logansport, IN). The Warriors record now stands at 0-4.
