Illinois High School Baseball - Augusta Southeastern loses to Pittsfield

The Augusta Southeastern Suns baseball squad (Augusta, IL), was overwhelmed 22-4 in Tuesday's non-league contest with the visiting Pittsfield Saukees (Pittsfield, IL)

With the triumph, Pittsfield moves its record to 12-2 on the season. The Saukees host Quincy Notre Dame (Quincy, IL) to confront the Raiders in a non-league contest on Wednesday, April 16. The Raiders come into the contest with a record of 7-4. Quincy Notre Dame won 19-5 in their recent league contest against Rushville-Industry (Rushville, IL)

The Suns now possess a 1-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Seymour for a non-league contest on Wednesday, April 16. Augusta Southeastern will confront a Indians squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Pittsfield (Pittsfield, IL). The Indians record now stands at 4-6.
