California High School Baseball - Banning edged by Poly

The Banning Pilots baseball squad (Wilmington, CA), was edged 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league contest with the visiting Poly Parrots (Sun Valley, CA)

With the triumph, Poly moves its record to 16-5 on the season. The Parrots travel to Roosevelt (Los Angeles, CA) to confront the Rough Riders in a non-league contest on Wednesday, April 16. The Rough Riders come into the contest with a record of 8-11. Roosevelt lost 5-0 in their recent non-league contest against Sylmar (Sylmar, CA)

The Pilots now possess a 11-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cleveland for a non-league contest on Thursday, April 17. Banning will confront a Cavaliers squad coming off a 11-2 non-league win over Marshall (Los Angeles, CA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 8-12.
