The Kennedy Cavaliers baseball team scored 3 runs and held the visiting Blake Bengals to 0 in the Cavaliers league win on Tuesday.
The Cavaliers now hold a 7-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Northwood for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 22. Kennedy will play a Gladiators team coming off a 5-3 non-league loss to Einstein (Kensington, MD). The Gladiators record now stands at 1-3.
With the defeat, Blake drops to 5-6 on the year. The Bengals travel to Watkins Mill (Gaithersburg, MD) to play the Wolverines in a Montgomery County 3A/2A test on Tuesday, April 22. The Wolverines go into the test with a record of 1-3.
