North Carolina High School Baseball - East Gaston nips Corvian Community

April 15, 2025: Mt. Holly, NC 28120

The East Gaston Warriors (Mt. Holly, NC) baseball got by the visiting Corvian Community Cardinals (Charlotte, NC), 5-4 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

The Warriors now own a 11-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Forestview for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 21. East Gaston will clash with a Jaguars team coming off a 10-7 league loss to Stuart W. Cramer (Belmont, NC). The Jaguars record now stands at 7-9.

With the defeat, Corvian Community drops to 9-11 on the year. The Cardinals host Christ the King (Huntersville, NC) to clash with the Crusaders in a Catawba Shores Athletic 1A/2A challenge on Wednesday, April 16. The Crusaders go into the challenge with a record of 10-6. Christ the King won 7-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Charlotte Country Day School (Charlotte, NC)
