Ohio High School Baseball - Danbury defeats Port Clinton

The Danbury Lakers baseball team scored 5 runs and held the host Port Clinton Redskins to 0 in the Lakers non-league win on Tuesday.

The Lakers now hold a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Calvert for a Sandusky Bay - River test on Wednesday, April 16. Danbury will play a Senecas team coming off a 2-1 league win over St. Mary Central Catholic (Sandusky, OH). The Senecas record now stands at 7-2.

With the defeat, Port Clinton drops to 1-7 on the year. The Redskins travel to Woodmore (Elmore, OH) to play the Wildcats in a non-league test on Thursday, April 17. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 8-4. Woodmore lost 10-0 in their recent league test against Gibsonburg (Gibsonburg, OH)
