North Carolina High School Baseball - Dixon defeats Trinity

In Tuesday's non-league game, the host Dixon Bulldogs baseball team scored a close 10-5 win over the Trinity Bulldogs.

The Bulldogs (7-9) will now prepare for their game against Morehead (Eden, NC). The Panthers go into the non-league game with a 7-11 record. In their last game, Morehead was overwhelmed by Eastern Alamance (Mebane, NC), 7-2, in a non-league game.

Next, the Bulldogs play the Burns Bulldogs (Lawndale, NC) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, April 16. Trinity will attempt to improve on its 14-4 season record. The Bulldogs go into the game with a 17-2 record after their 14-4 non-league win over Morehead (Eden, NC).
