North Carolina High School Baseball - Jack Britt loses to Lee County

The Jack Britt Buccaneers baseball squad (Fayetteville, NC), was overwhelmed 12-7 in Tuesday's non-league contest with the visiting Lee County Yellow Jackets (Sanford, NC)

With the triumph, Lee County moves its record to 10-10 on the season. The Yellow Jackets host Scotland (Laurinburg, NC) to confront the Fighting Scots in a Sandhills 3A/4A contest on Wednesday, April 16. The Fighting Scots come into the contest with a record of 9-7. Scotland lost 5-2 in their recent league contest against Lee County (Sanford, NC)

The Buccaneers now possess a 12-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gray's Creek for a United Eight 3A/4A contest on Tuesday, April 22. Jack Britt will confront a Bears squad coming off a 11-7 non-league loss to Culpeper County (Culpeper, VA). The Bears record now stands at 12-8.
