The Monrovia Wildcats volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Paramount Pirates to 0 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Wildcats (16-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Temple City (Temple City, CA). The Rams enter the Rio Hondo challenge with a 16-4 record. In their last challenge, Temple City was beaten by San Marino (San Marino, CA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Pirates meet the Leuzinger Olympians (Lawndale, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, April 19. Paramount will attempt to upgrade on its 3-18 season record. The Olympians enter the challenge with a 13-4 record after their 3-1 league win over Centennial (Compton, CA).
