The Hazleton Area Cougars lacrosse team (Hazleton, PA), was overwhelmed 18-6 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting North Pocono Trojans (Covington Township, PA)

With the victory, North Pocono advances its record to 8-1 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Wyoming Seminary College Prep (Kingston, PA) to battle the Blue Knights in a Wyoming Valley test on Thursday, April 17. The Blue Knights enter the test with a record of 7-1.

The Cougars (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Lake-Lehman (Lehman, PA). The Knights enter the Wyoming Valley test with a 4-5 record.
