The Darlington Tigers soccer squad scored 8 points and held the visiting Cedartown Bulldogs to 2 in the Tigers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Tigers now hold a 8-4 record. They play next when they host Bremen for a 1A D-I Region 6 bout on Wednesday, April 16. Darlington will play a Blue Devils squad coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Social Circle (Social Circle, GA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 12-3.
With the loss, Cedartown moves to 8-6 on the year. The Bulldogs host Ridgeland (Rossville, GA) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Thursday, April 17. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 3-14. Ridgeland lost 7-3 in their recent non-league bout against Ringgold (Ringgold, GA)
