The Bears now own a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Currituck County for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 16. Bear Grass Charter will clash with a Knights team coming off a 16-0 non-league loss to Great Bridge (Chesapeake, VA). The Knights record now stands at 7-5.

With the defeat, East Carteret drops to 4-5 on the year. The Mariners travel to Havelock (Havelock, NC) to clash with the Rams in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 16. The Rams go into the challenge with a record of 4-6. Havelock lost 12-0 in their recent non-league challenge against J.H. Rose (Greenville, NC)
