The Amity Regional Spartans lacrosse squad scored 7 points and limited the visiting Xavier Falcons to 3 in the Spartans league triumph on Tuesday.

The Spartans now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Foran for a Southern Connecticut challenge on Thursday, April 17. Amity Regional will clash with a Lions squad coming off a 8-2 league win over Lyman Hall (Wallingford, CT). The Lions record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, Xavier falls to 0-3 on the year. The Falcons host Notre Dame (West Haven, CT) to clash with the Green Knights in a Southern Connecticut challenge on Tuesday, April 22. The Green Knights go into the challenge with a record of 1-3.
