The East Islip Redmen lacrosse squad scored 16 points and limited the host Smithtown West to 5 in the Redmen league triumph on Tuesday.
The Redmen now own a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Massapequa for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 17. East Islip will clash with a Chiefs squad coming off a 10-7 non-league win over Wantagh (Wantagh, NY). The Chiefs record now stands at 4-1.
With the loss, Smithtown West falls to 0-1 on the season. The host Westhampton Beach (Westhampton Beach, NY) to play the Hurricanes in a non-league game on Thursday, April 17. The Hurricanes come into the game with a record of 0-0.
