Utah High School Lacrosse - Maple Mountain bounces Westlake

April 15, 2025: Saratoga Springs, UT 84045

The Maple Mountain Golden Eagles (Spanish Fork, UT) lacrosse routed the host Westlake Thunder (Saratoga Springs, UT), 19-6 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

The Golden Eagles now own a 7-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Springville for a 5A Region 7 outing on Friday, April 18. Maple Mountain will face a Red Devils squad coming off a 13-4 non-league win over Jordan (Sandy, UT). The Red Devils record now stands at 6-4.

With the loss, Westlake falls to 5-6 on the year. The Thunder host Pleasant Grove (Pleasant Grove, UT) to face the Vikings in a 6A Region 3 outing on Thursday, April 17. The Vikings go into the outing with a record of 3-8. Pleasant Grove lost 11-6 in their recent non-league outing against Skyline (Salt Lake City, UT)
