Medina Battling Bees (Medina, OH) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Mentor Cardinals (Mentor, OH), 13-1 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Medina advances its record to 6-1 on the season. The Battling Bees travel to Jackson (Massillon, OH) to play the Polar Bears in a non-league game on Thursday, April 17. The Polar Bears come into the game with a record of 1-6. Jackson lost 16-3 in their recent non-league game against St. Charles (Columbus, OH)
The Cardinals now sport a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lakewood for a non-league game on Friday, April 18. Mentor will play a Rangers team coming off a 14-6 league loss to Boardman (Youngstown, OH). The Rangers record now stands at 5-5.
