The Wheeler Warriors lacrosse squad scored 10 points and limited the host Providence Country Day Knights to 5 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Warriors now own a 1-0 record.

With the loss, Providence Country Day falls to 0-4 on the year. The Knights travel to Coventry (Coventry, RI) to clash with the Oakers in a Division 3 challenge on Wednesday, April 16. The Oakers go into the challenge with a record of 1-2. Coventry lost 12-5 in their recent league challenge against Mt. Hope (Bristol, RI)
