South Gwinnett Comets (Snellville, GA) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Central Gwinnett Black Knights (Lawrenceville, GA), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, South Gwinnett advances its record to 8-9 on the campaign. The Comets host Lanier (Sugar Hill, GA) to clash with the Longhorns in a non-league test on Thursday, April 17. The Longhorns come into the test with a record of 6-10. Lanier lost 8-4 in their recent non-league test against Berkmar (Lilburn, GA)
The Black Knights now have a 1-16 record. They take the field next when they host Milton for a non-league test on Friday, April 18. Central Gwinnett will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Walton (Marietta, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 11-3.
