The Eastside Eagles soccer squad scored 4 points and held the host Newton Rams to 0 in the Eagles non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Eagles now possess a 14-0 record. They play next when they host Eagle's Landing Christian Academy for a non-league bout on Thursday, April 17. Eastside will play a Chargers squad coming off a 4-3 non-league loss to Creekside Christian Academy (McDonough, GA). The Chargers record now stands at 1-11.
With the loss, Newton moves to 2-13 on the year. The Rams host Hampton (Hampton, GA) to play the Hornets in a non-league bout on Friday, April 18. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 6-7. Hampton lost 4-0 in their recent league bout against Stockbridge (Stockbridge, GA)
