Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Issaquah Eagles (Issaquah, WA) and the host Mercer Island Islanders (Mercer Island, WA), saw Issaquah's soccer squad hold off Mercer Island by a count of 2-1.
The Eagles (4-6) will now prepare for their battle against Lake Washington (Kirkland, WA). The Kangaroos enter the non-league battle with a 4-4 record. In their last battle, Lake Washington Eastlake (Sammamish, WA), 1-1, in a non-league battle.
