The Academy of Holy Angels Stars softball team scored 14 runs and held the host Richfield Spartans to 7 in the Stars non-league win on Tuesday.

The Stars now possess a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Visitation for a Tri-Metro battle on Wednesday, April 16. Academy of Holy Angels will confront a Blazers team coming off a 11-0 non-league win over Robbinsdale Cooper (New Hope, MN). The Blazers record now stands at 6-0.

With the loss, Richfield moves to 0-3 on the season. The Spartans travel to St. Anthony Village (Minneapolis, MN) to confront the Huskies in a non-league battle on Thursday, April 17. The Huskies come into the battle with a record of 0-6. St. Anthony Village lost 10-0 in their recent non-league battle against Kennedy (Bloomington, MN)
