In Tuesday's non-league test, the Bigelow Panthers (Bigelow, AR) softball squad the host Sacred Heart Rebels (Morrilton, AR), by a tally of 7-5.

Next, the Panthers clash with the South Side Hornet (Bee Branch, AR) in a 2A Region 5 test, on Friday, April 18. Bigelow will attempt to advance on its 11-10 season record. The Hornet go into the test with a 4-9 record after their 14-7 non-league win over Pangburn (Pangburn, AR).

The Rebels (7-5) will now prepare for their test against Guy-Perkins (Guy, AR). The Thunderbirds go into the 1A Region 5 test with a 2-6 record. In their last test, Guy-Perkins by Nemo Vista (Center Ridge, AR), 17-0, in a league test.
