The Como Park Cougars overwhelmed the host Park Center Pirates softball squad by a count of 17-11 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Cougars meet the Highland Park Scots (St. Paul, MN) in a St. Paul City challenge, on Wednesday, April 16. Como Park will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record. The Scots go into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 18-0 league win over Humboldt (St. Paul, MN).

The Pirates (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Irondale (New Brighton, MN). The Knights go into the non-league challenge with a 0-6 record. In their last challenge, Irondale was routed by Forest Lake (Forest Lake, MN), 4-1, in a non-league challenge.
