The Cowan Blackhawks softball team scored 14 runs and held the host Randolph Southern Rebels to 1 in the Blackhawks league win on Tuesday.

The Blackhawks now possess a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Muncie Central for a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 16.

With the loss, Randolph Southern moves to 0-5 on the season. The Rebels travel to Wes-Del (Gaston, IN) to confront the Warriors in a Mid-Eastern battle on Thursday, April 17. The Warriors come into the battle with a record of 3-3. Wes-Del won 15-14 in their recent non-league battle against Southwood (Wabash, IN)
