In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Lincoln Wolves softball team scored a tight 4-2 win over the Fayetteville Bulldogs.
The Wolves (10-8) will now prepare for their match against West Fork (West Fork, AR). The Tigers come into the 3A Region 1 match with a 4-11 record. In their last match, West Fork by Elkins (Elkins, AR), 11-1, in a league match.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Rogers Heritage War Eagles (Rogers, AR) in a 6A West match, on Thursday, April 17. Fayetteville will attempt to better on its 9-8 season record. The War Eagles come into the match with a 10-9 record after their 7-5 league win over Northside (Fort Smith, AR).
