The Hillsboro Trojans softball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Herington Railroaders to 0 in the Trojans non-league win on Tuesday.

The Trojans now possess a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Halstead for a Central Kansas battle on Thursday, April 17. Hillsboro will confront a Dragons team coming off a 8-5 league win over Haven (Haven, KS). The Dragons record now stands at 10-0.

With the loss, Herington moves to 0-5 on the season. The Railroaders travel to Moundridge (Moundridge, KS) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 29. The Wildcats come into the battle with a record of 7-4.
