Virginia High School Baseball - Northside loses to Pulaski County

April 15, 2026: Dublin, VA 24084

The Northside Vikings baseball squad (Roanoke, VA), was overwhelmed 16-8 in Wednesday's non-league contest with the host Pulaski County Cougars (Dublin, VA)

With the triumph, Pulaski County moves its record to 4-4 on the season. The Cougars host Salem (Salem, VA) to confront the Spartans in a River Ridge contest on Tuesday, April 21. The Spartans come into the contest with a record of 6-4. Salem won 10-8 in their recent league contest against Patrick Henry (Roanoke, VA)

The Vikings now possess a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fleming for a Blue Ridge challenge on Friday, April 17. Northside will clash with a Colonels team coming off a 27-1 league loss to William Byrd (Vinton, VA). The Colonels record now stands at 1-7.
