In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Wauconda Bulldogs baseball team scored a tight 6-5 victory over the Deerfield Warriors.
The Bulldogs (6-6) will now prepare for their game against Lakes (Lake Villa, IL). The Eagles go into the Northern Lake County game with a 5-5 record. In their last game, Lakes tipped Johnsburg (Johnsburg, IL), 9-8, in a non-league game.
