The Duncan Demons baseball team scored 9 runs and limited the visiting Kingfisher Yellowjackets to 5 in the Demons non-league victory on Saturday.
The Demons (4-2) will now prepare for their match against MacArthur (Lawton, OK). The Highlanders go into the 5A District 2 match with a 3-4 record. In their last match, MacArthur was overwhelmed by Comanche (Comanche, OK), 9-5, in a non-league match.
The Yellowjackets (10-16) will now prepare for their match against Clinton (Clinton, OK). The Red Tornadoes go into the 4A District 4 match with a 3-2 record. In their last match, Clinton was overwhelmed by Elk City (Elk City, OK), 9-8, in a league match.
