In Saturday's non-league game, the host Lincoln Lancers baseball team scored a tight 4-3 victory over the Gateway Olympians.
The Lancers (2-7) will now prepare for their game against Far Northeast Warriors (Denver, CO). The Warriors go into the 5A/4A/3A Denver Prep game with a 8-2 record. In their last game, Far Northeast Warriors tipped Denver West (Denver, CO), 24-3, in a league game.
The Olympians (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Brighton (Brighton, CO). The Bulldogs go into the 5A/4A East Metro game with a 10-3 record. In their last game, Brighton tipped Rock Canyon (Highlands Ranch, CO), 5-2, in a non-league game.
