The Great Oak Wolfpack baseball team scored 2 runs and limited the host Palm Desert Aztecs to 1 in the Wolfpack non-league victory on Saturday.
The Wolfpack (14-10) will now prepare for their match against Chaparral (Temecula, CA). The Pumas go into the Southwestern match with a 9-13 record. In their last match, Chaparral edged Paloma Valley (Menifee, CA), 6-3, in a non-league match.
The Aztecs (13-8) will now prepare for their match against Hemet (Hemet, CA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league match with a 10-6 record. In their last match, Hemet edged Vista del Lago (Moreno Valley, CA), 10-0, in a league match.
