North Carolina High School Baseball - Southside sneaks past Greene Central

April 16, 2022: Snow Hill, NC 28580

Spectators at Saturday's non-league battle between the Southside Seahawks (Chocowinity, NC) and the host Greene Central Rams (Snow Hill, NC), saw Southside's baseball squad edge Greene Central by a count of 11-10.

Coming up next, the Seahawks play the Farmville Central Jaguars (Farmville, NC) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 16. Southside will attempt to move on its 7-8 season record. The Jaguars enter the battle with a 4-9 record after their 16-5 non-league loss to South Central (Winterville, NC).

The Rams now possess a 8-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Northside - Pinetown for a non-league battle on Monday, April 18. Greene Central will play a Panthers squad coming off a 14-7 non-league win over Pine Forest (Fayetteville, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 13-4.
